Return Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds in the following circumstances:

- You received the wrong item.

- Your item arrived damaged or defective.

- Your item arrives significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect size selection by the customer.

- Change of mind purchases.

- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

- Items returned without prior approval.

We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photographs of the item received

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
